Regard sur le Chili - Le rêve d'une génération - from May 24th to 31st
High school students with a passion for the world, present an exhibition on Chile's history between 1973 and 1980. The exhibition is opened on Friday, May 28 from 3 pm to 6 pm, on Saturday May 29 from 12 to 4 pm, and on Sunday 30 from 12 to 4 pm. « Main_D'œuvre » - a group exhibition presented by Marie-Ève Gauthier from May 4th to 9th
"Main_D'œuvre" is an exhibition and a sale grouping together 19 Quebecois artists and craftsmen issued from the visual arts, the design and the art professions. A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see and to get yourself original and local work. Since Mother's Day approaches, why not surprise your mom this year by offering her a little something from a Quebec artist?
So, 19 artists and craftsmen will present you their magnificent and unique works.

Creatures - from René Marquez - from April 27th to May 2nd
Originally impulse by his instinct, René Marquez's work is occasionally filtered by the reason. Art is free. No compromises, No prejudices. His work is created thru diverse techniques: oil, watercolour, drawing and digital art. The topic, conductive thread of the whole work, is the emotions, of any human, as a result of arbitrary sampling. They are extremely contradictory. But, as a product of this contradiction, the main message is that the existence of the conscience the factor that separates us favourably from the other animals, it is the same concept of the free will that drives us to the madness, the incontinent depredation, the war and the extermination of the unknown.
René Marquez has studied graphic design, painting, and architecture. He already presented his art works in many exhibitions in Mexico between 1998 and now.
Innovative, progressive and masterly, it can be stated Bebel is pushing the boundaries associated with the ancient art of felting; Bebel's wholly original approach involves gently placing slivers of wool of different colors onto fabric much as a painter uses paint upon canvass. Creating works of art the likes of which have never yet been seen, Bebel's meticulously detailed, unique and colourful pieces offer one the opportunity to witness the work of a truly amazing and revolutionary artist, and the birth of a new artform.
Their work will be exhibited from April 27th to May 2nd. The vernissage will take place on April 27th at 5.30 pm.
