The next session courses and workshops are online. You may already register. Don't hesitate to call us at 514-692-9809 for more information or to register. The courses and workshops take place in artists studios. Hence, and to offer you top quality courses, the number of students in each course is limited to 8.

Workshops not to be missed
Two
workshops are offered in mixed media,
either on free subjects or specialized on portrait studies:

Janice
welcomes you in her studio for a day dedicated to mixed mediaon Sunday,
November 20 from 10 am to 3 pm. You will you concentrate on the multilayer
composition, on the different textures that you can add to the canvas following
the materials chosen, and on the color.

A
second workshop is offered to you by France, in her studio also. It is
dedicated to portrait in collage and mixed media. This workshop may be
share with your teens. A beautiful opportunity to work the textures, materials,
color, and the proportions of the face at the same time. On Sunday, December
4, from 10 a.m. to 4: 30 pm.

Your month of November is
embellished by proposals of technical and punctual courses:

The first one, the color in painting course, is totally dedicated... to color. Learn to master
the mixing to obtain the desired shades, get comfortable with the concepts of warm
and cool colors, understand the harmonies ... This course is offered on
Saturdays, November 5, 12, 19 and 26, from 2 pm to 5 pm.
Ø
A second fairly sharp course of portrait drawing is proposed. It
focuses on the mastery of the structure of the face across the line, the
contour shading, flesh tones, and the proportions of the face. It is available on
Tuesdays, November 8, 15, 22 and 29 from 6 pm to 9 pm.
Ø
Finally, a watercolor course is also offered. It represents a
beautiful opportunity to "test" this artistic discipline over a short
period, or to develop your skills. It is a course that you can share with your
teens. It is given on Wednesday nights, November 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 from 6
pm to 9 pm.

... the essential drawing courses, so important to acquire a solid base in the artistic domain you cherish. Several courses are offered to start, or to improve, whether you want to master the drawing basics following a classical learning or an observation drawing method.
You may also, if you already possess the basics of drawing, continue your adventure as an artist by joining the advanced drawing course in which you consolidate your knowledge and develop your technique while working on textiles rendering, portrait and the human body.
