The workshops that are now offered are:

Workshop "Picassiette"
Objectives : In this mosaic workshop of a few hours, you will create a flower pot, a mirror or a billboard made wirh coarks. Bring your own broken crockery to personal your work.
Requirement: mosaic workshop open to all. You may share that activity with your child (7 and above)
Schedule of the workshop : Saturdays from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm

Price : for a day - $35, plus $15 for the material, hence a total of $50.
Roman mosaic on an intensive weekend workshop
Objectives: In this workshop of Mosaic, you will realize a detail of a Roman mosaic using marble following the traditional technique of classical mosaic of that time, with the use of the hammer and the hardy, in the company of experts in that field. The technique taught is for indoor and outdoor mosaic installations.
Schedule of the workshop : Friday 6 pm to 8 pm, Saturday 10 am to 4 pm and Sunday from 11 am to 4 pm.

Price : for one weekend - $175, plus $110 for the material, hence a total of $285. The cost is of $185 if you bring your hammer and your hardy. Open studio time is included in the price if you don't finish your mosaic in a weekend.
WATERCOLOR WORKSHOP - THE ART OF SKETCHING AND THE CREATION OF A SKETCHBOOK
- Objective : In this watercolor one day course, the students will learn, among all, basic techniques of "wet over wet" and "wet over dry", how to preserve whites and how to paint textures.
- Topics: Still life and lansdcape
- Prerequisite: Course accessible to all, adults and teenagers over 15 years
- Schedule: on Sunday from 10 am to 4:30 pm (bring a lunch - equipped kitchen).
- Dates of the workshop 2012-2013 : November 11, 2012 - April 7, 2013 - June 9, 2013.

PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOP - INITIATION AND DEVELOPMENT
- Objectives: This photography workshop is for those who want to explore the various opportunities offered by their digital camera and deepen their knowledge in photography. This is a workshop that combines the theory, practice and art in photography. The technique is taught in a dynamic and accessible manner. Each participant receives customized advices based on the model of his camera. After a first meeting to refine the technique and to better know the functions of the camera, the second meeting transports participants on the outsides to let their imagination and artistic sense open. The third session allows each participant to present his pictures, comment them and discover the work of famous photographers, expanding its sphere of creativity. A complete and dynamic workshop to give to each one solid technical and artistic basis.
- Requirements: This photography workshop is accessible to all, adults and teens. Each participant must have a digital camera with lens.
- Date and schedule of the workshop : On Wednesday, October 10 from 6:30 pm to 9 pm, Saturday October 13 from 2 pm to 6 pm, and on Wednesday October 17 from 6:30 pm to 9 pm (9 hours in total).

INTRODUCTION TO IMAGE TRANSFER
- Objective: The image transfer is a technique that allows to translate, on almost any surface, images, drawings or texts. This workshop includes demonstrations of various techniques of transfer either with Gesso, with gel medium and even with sticky plastic. After the demos, participants can freely create a work using the transfer of images and other materials. They will benefit from individual directives to develop their project.
- Prerequisites: No experience required. Workshop opened to adults and teens above 15.
- Schedule: on Sunday from 10 am to 4:30 pm (bring a lunch - equipped kitchen).
- Dates of the workshop 2012-2013 : October 14, 2012 - February 3, 2013 - May 5, 2013.

- Price : per workshop $125 plus $25 for the material, hence a total of $150. (Bring along pictures or drawings).
Workshop on the portrait with collage and mixed media
- Objective: Workshop on the Portrait for beginners adults and teenagers. Starting from a photography, a drawing, or any other chosen model, participants will have 6 hours to create a portrait using collage and mixed media. Individual demonstration and follow-up.
- Prerequisite: Course accessible to all, adults and teenagers over 15 years
- Schedule: on Sunday from 10 am to 4:30 pm (bring a lunch - equipped kitchen).
- Dates of the workshop 2012-2013 : November 25, 2012 - March 3, 2013 - May 26, 2013.

- Price : per workshop $125 plus $25 for the material, hence a total of $150. (Material provided: 8x10 in canevas, glue, watercolor paint, gouache, ink, acrylic, various papers).
