Ballet - Children (ages 7 to 10) - Laval

Classical ballet is a traditional formal ballet style which is based on formalized movements and positions of the arms, feet and body. children are introduced to basic feet positions as well as various basic ballet exercises at the bar. They learn to move with the greatest possible agility, control, speed, lightness and grace. They also develop musicality, learn coordination, balance, and how to control their bodies in motion. With time, students gain a sense of discipline and become comfortable with performing before groups.

Moreover, learning classical ballet helps the children to pursue other forms of dance such as hip-hop, jazz, tap, as well as modeling and some sports.

Classes take place in a relaxed atmosphere.

Prerequisites: None. This course is intended for all children from 7 to 10 years old.

The classes take place at  720 rue Montgolfier, in Laval

The tariff of the course, taxes not included, is:

-       $11.50 per class, the final price depends on the number of classes taught during the session
